Who should submit the form(s)?
Property owners are required to complete the Integrated Housing Survey (also known as the Copper Mountain Deed Restricted Employee Housing Survey) and Employee Housing Exemption form(s).
How often do I need to submit the form(s) and when are they due?
The Employee Housing Survey must be submitted each year no later than December 31st.
The Employee Housing Exemption form is only required if you are seeking an exemption.
Am I automatically granted an exemption?
No. Exemptions are subject to our compliance review process. You will be emailed if your exemption is granted.
