PRIMARY FUNDING SOURCE

  • Property Tax - Mill Levy
  • Real Estate Transfer Tax Assessment (RETA) + Dues based on square footage
  • 4% surcharge on retail and lodging

  • Summer Activities - Bumper Boats, Hydro Bikes, Climbing Wall, Mini Golf, Zipline, Go-Karts (Shared w/ Copper)
  • Winter Activities - Ice Skating
  • Trash and Recycling- Included for VAC members and additional HOA's throughout non-village areas
  • Snow removal and heated pavers in the village
  • Lift operations, lodging, restaurants, conference, and retail
  • Winter Activities - Mountain Coaster, Snow Tubing
  • Summer Activities - Mountain Coaster, Rectangle, Bungee
  • Marketing (winter)
  • Transportation to Alpine lot via shuttle road in winter
  • Winter events and large group sales
  • Security Facilitation
