Village at Copper
The Village at Copper Association, Inc. was established in 2000 and acts as a Master Property and Business Association for all Buildings and Common areas that are within the Village at Copper. The Village at Copper functions and responsibilities include items such as infrastructure maintenance (snow and garbage removal, landscaping, street maintenance and repair, exterior lighting, sound, etc) infrastructure and capital improvements, security, activities, marketing and events and any other activity that the organization and its stakeholders feel will benefit the value and investment of its stakeholders.
A Private municipal corporation, whose purpose, is to help foster a vibrant community by promoting social and economic viability, sustainability and caring for its community assets. A common vehicle to further our stakeholder's investments in the community through increasing value at Copper Mountain by:
1. Fostering a sense of Community,
2. Maintaining, Maximizing, Protecting and Creating New Community Assets
3. Promote Commerce / economic Prosperity

Copper Mountain Rental Properties
If you rent your Copper Mountain condominium personally or through a rental company other than Copper Mountain, Inc., Copper Vacations or Carbonate Management Company, a 4% lodging assessment on rental income must be paid to The Copper Mountain Resort Association. The 4% surcharge payments should be made monthly. Click on this link for a copy of the form that needs to be submitted to the Resort Association with your 4% payment.
Monthly payments are due by the 20th of the month following. For example, January's report and payment would be due by February 20th.
