COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION [proposal]

As you may know, current Governance at Copper Mountain consists of three (3) Nonprofit corporations (POLA, Village at Copper and the Copper Mountain Resort Association) all with somewhat overlapping responsibilities and one (1) Quasi-Governmental entity (Copper Mountain Consolidated Metro District). The proposed Assoc. would function as all 3 nonprofit corporations, and with your approval though a vote, combining the current organizations into one with an updated structure ready to serve the communities’ interests for the foreseeable future.
