Copper Mountain is run by a group of non-profit organizations as well as profit organizations. All of the entities work together to support the Copper Mountain Community.

  • POLA is a nonprofit Colorado Corporation formed at the inception of Copper Mountain to serve as the representative body of the owners of real estate at Copper and to provide community services which the Corporation considers advisable to provide in furtherance of the mutual benefit and common interests of its members.

  • Copper Design Review Committee

    CDRC (is the design and architectural governing body for Copper Mountain Resort. All signage, construction, and exterior alterations to structures at Copper Mountain must be approved by the CDRC Board in order to be implemented.

  • Copper Mountain Resort Association

    The Copper Mountain Resort Association exists to promote the economic prosperity of our mountain community for our homeowners, commercial partners, and employees. Our goal is to drive a progressive vision that develops, promotes, and improves commercial and community interests.

  • Village at Copper

    A private, municipal corporation whose purpose is to help foster a vibrant community by promoting social and economic viability, sustainability, and caring for its community assets. A common vehicle to further our stakeholder's investments in the community through increasing Copper Mountain's value.

  • Property Owners and Lessees Association (POLA)

    POLA is a nonprofit Colorado Corporation formed at the inception of Copper Mountain to serve as the representative body of the owners of real estate at Copper and to provide community services which the Corporation considers advisable to provide in furtherance of the mutual benefit and common interests of its members.

  • Consolidated Metro District

    The Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District is the entity at Copper Mountain that provides water, sewer, fire and television as its core services.
