Copper Design Review Committee
CDRC (is the design and architectural governing body for Copper Mountain Resort. All signage, construction, and exterior alterations to structures at Copper Mountain must be approved by the CDRC Board in order to be implemented.

The Copper Mountain Resort Association exists to promote the economic prosperity of our mountain community for our homeowners, commercial partners, and employees. Our goal is to drive a progressive vision that develops, promotes, and improves commercial and community interests.

A private, municipal corporation whose purpose is to help foster a vibrant community by promoting social and economic viability, sustainability, and caring for its community assets. A common vehicle to further our stakeholder's investments in the community through increasing Copper Mountain's value.
