Monthly surcharge forms and payments are due on the 20th of every month.
Example: February surcharge is due on March 20.

Surcharge reports are due 20 days after the month close (ex. March surcharge is due April 20).

We need a record of every month. If you have zero gross sales, you still must submit a report, but not a payment.
