Village at Copper

The Village at Copper Association, Inc. was established in 2000 and acts as a Master Property and Business Association for all the buildings and common areas within the Village at Copper. The Village at Copper's responsibilities includes infrastructure maintenance (snow and garbage removal, landscaping, street maintenance and repair, exterior lighting, sound, etc.), infrastructure and capital improvements, security, recreational activities, marketing, events, and any other activity that the organization and its stakeholders believes will benefit the value and investment of its stakeholders.
