Make A Surcharge Payment
Surcharge reports are due 20 days after the month close (ex. March surcharge is due April 20). Months with $0 revenue still must be reported through the link below.

Employee Housing Surveys and information
Own a deed restricted property? The Homeowners must submit the Employee Housing Survey each year no later than December 15th.

Overflow Parking
Overflow parking is available for all overnight lodging guests and homeowners at Copper Mountain. Permits must be obtained at the Transportation Center (near the Alpine Lot/Copper Entrance).

Submit A Design To The CDRC
CDRC (is the design and architectural governing body for Copper Mountain Resort. All signage, construction, and exterior alterations to structures at Copper Mountain must be approved by the CDRC Board in order to be implemented.
