A: All our full time employees have worked for or at Copper Mountain since the 1990's. We feel that our knowledge of Copper Mountain's Village and the mountain itself are unsurpassed.

A: James grew up in Moscow, Idaho and Rich spent his time in Columbus, Ohio

Q:What brought you to Copper Mountain?
A: We both came to Copper Mountain for the skiing, well... and snowboarding.

Q: When you aren’t running your business, what do you like to do?
A: When we get to take a break, we both enjoy similar things, we love the outdoors and try to fit everything we can possibly fit in, in... Our favorite activities range from Mountain Biking to Hiking to Dirt biking to Sailing, paddle boarding, rafting, golf, disc golf... jeez that's just summer uhm... also Snowboarding, Skiing, Telemarking, Snowmobiling, Surfing, we have taken multiple classes in avalanche awareness and preparedness and enjoy the backcountry, we also both play guitar and drums and have been in bands that used to play in Summit County and the surrounding counties.

Q: Who is your favorite sports team?
A: Ohio Buckeyes and the Seattle Seahawks

Q: What do you love most about being a part of the Copper Mountain community?
A: Copper Mountain has been our home since the early 90's during that time Copper has grown from a sleepy little resort town with maybe 100 people tops in the mud seasons to a year round full fledged destination. Throughout our time here, we have always loved being the nicest, most helpful guys around, from helping lost visitors to supporting employees and even our fellow Copper Homeowners with insight and the intricacies that only long time residents and lovers of Copper can provide.

Q: What is your favorite run on the mountain?
A: Little Trees or Upper Enchanted.

Q: Powder day or bluebird day?
A: Pow day, never enough of them.
